Thank you, to my friend Marlain, who came over and helped me finish painting until after midnight last night!

The beautiful mural on the wall was already there when we bought the house, the original owners had it done for their baby boy. Cay loved it as soon as she saw it! I love it because Pooh can be for a boy or a girl, and as it turns out Marlain (friend mentioned above) is going to loan us her daughter’s crib and the bedding is all Pooh! How neat is that? The crib will go on the right hand side of the room, under the mural. I am thrilled that the room is finished. Now, my morning will will be spent sweeping and mopping the downstairs floors, the entire first floor of my house is stained concrete so it takes a BIT longer than just running a vaccuum cleaner would. A very good workout though! :-)

The homestudy is tonight at 6:30! I am so excited that the process is almost complete. Saturday 10-6 we have our last class, first aid/cpr, and TB tests. So, after Saturday we are finished, our case manager will type up our homestudy and send it off for verification and voila! we will be able to accept foster children and/or submit our homestudy for children that we are interested in adopting. I am beyond excited to see whom the Lord has in mind for our family! I will update tomorrow and tell you all about the homestudy.

Love one another~Adrienne
